George Fredrick Müller (September 27, 1805 – March 10, 1898) remains one of the church's most vibrant Christian witnesses to the efficacy of a simple trust in Christ. As an evangelist and coordinator of orphanages in Bristol, England, he oversaw the care of over 10,000 orphans during his life-time. So efficient was his care of the young, that his education system was accused of raising the poor above their natural station in life.

Absolutely amazing book. Mueller (if you don't already know) raised about 10,000 orphans in a 66 year period, by asking God for the things that he needed - whether it was food, money, buildings, employees, change in weather, or even the orphans themselves. He didn't ask humans for anything. While his stories are fascinating (not in this book), this book gives us the opportunity to see into his thinking, his understanding, and his relationship with God. Understanding these things helps us in our own relationships with God, which was Mueller's point in raising the orphans (to visually demonstrate to people that they could trust God for anything and everything).Product details

Sermons and Addresses by George Müller edition by George Müller Religion Spirituality eBooks Reviews
Excellent !!!
After reading an autobiography of George Muller, his sermons seems to come to life. Understanding the man helps to appreciate what he says.
Inspirational read!
Good resources! This book has been helpful as I study and prepare for teaching others.
This was a man who lived to be in his 90's and on days we all would have long ago given up believing he NEVER did. He inspired that same faith in those who worked with him and for countless thousands who have read of his faith since that time. A must read to bolster your faith and believe God for the BIG things in life as well as the small.
